With their fleets of air cargo aircraft, seems to me FedEx and UPS are missing out on a golden opportunity...and they could even pick these folks up at their door and drop them off at their destination.

Sounds ok in theory - but you know their planes are not equipped or rated for commercial (non-company) passengers.
