Yes and there are people not even connected to the Nisoor Square incident lining up to sign this thing. This case is heading for dismissal like all the others due largely in part to the severe lack of evidence.

If the terrorists ever gave up violence as a tool and just strictly used litigation we are screwed big time. Our legal system the way it is now would be their best weapon. That's one of the reasons we are in serious need of tort reform.

Yeap, quite true Scratch. Lawyers are mostly scum nowadays chasing after greenbacks to fill their coffers. I heard John McCain even called for the charges to be reinstated. Sorry to say, my respect for him(what little was left) is now a thing of the past. He's gone the way of John Murtha as far as I am concerned. I kinda wish this would go to trial and then. maybe only then the evidence which by the way heavily favors the guards in the case will easily acquit them all and clear up what happened that day. As far as the lawsuit, that may be close to SOL expiration anyway. Then again, let it happen and the truth spill forth. There's a few ugly slaps in the face coming that the FED Govt and Iraqi Govt will hate when this and other hens come to roost.
