Almost zero chance of sustaining these charges.

Heck the CCG considers the Sea Shepherd's Terrorist and a reckless group. Hell Green Peace is better behaved and civilized on open waters.

What the Whaling boat's home nation should do is issue a wide birth "exclusionary zone" on commercial vessels and use their naval power to enforce it. *That plus allowing armed security teams to fire on anyone who violates their zone. That would put a stop to a lot of this ****. *

I saw where Bob Barker is paying the tab on this. Perhaps the FBI should pay him a visit.

*Clarification for our liberal friends here-Firing upon a violator ROE's mean "Warning Fire Only". If they fail to heed and try and interfere with the commercial vessel's navigation, fire to disable*

FBI does consider the Sea Shepherd's a terrorist organization.

I think its time the US kicks this asshat out and order the USCG to take actions similar to actions taken by the CCG who boarded and seized one of there ships.

This is how these no-growth, flat-earth, enviro-Marxist children work...

Through the Academia, Media, and the Courts.

Paul Watson is a self-involved bull**** artist want-a-be that aspires to be Al Gore or John Kerry.

He is a consummate buffoon loser who married money (three times) to finance his charade and give him the illusion of respectability.

He is a fraud.

I'm surprised he's not in Congress.

Surely Massachusetts or Connecticut is congenitally stupid enough to elect him.

(Don't let the Citizenship thing throw you, ...It didn't bother them a bit in the last Presidential election)

I'm totally against whaling and when a cable network started showing the Sea Shepherd exploits, I couldn't wait to watch.

By the second 1/2 hour it was obvious that the Sea Shepherd folks were a bunch of incompetent assholes . I stopped watching after the second episode.

In the one video I've seen, the wake/propwash from the Ady Gil increases as they throttle up and into the path of the Japanese.

I think it is a moronic, intentional ( and expensive ) attempt at publicity.

Hey, ...Eh...

Can you imagine John Kerry or Al Gore runnin' this Somalian side-show...?

They'd have the Navy SEALS out there protectin' the fat helpless creatures.

This clown is just a small thinker, ...like balloon-boy's dad.
