Had the same thing happen here in Illinois a couple years ago when Blago orders a ton of flu shot vaccines that the state had to eat the cost on because they expired before they were used. Imagine, on the other hand, if there were not enough ordered. Fox News would get a few weeks mileage out of that story. As it is they get a blurb that not even Unceal can hype into a story. ;)
