1. Sunset ALL Federal health entitlement programs and transfer to State and County Government.
2. Abolish HMO's (PPO'S only)
3. Limit Tort awards to actual damages only.
4. Allow Insurance across State Lines.
5. Require proof of citizen status/ICE notification for ALL Tax-Payer subsidized health-care services provided.
6. Morbid obesity (BMI > 40) disqualified from ALL Tax-Payer subsidized health-care services except BDFC.

BDFC (Blue Devil's Fat Clinics):

Consists of 2.5 fenced acres each with tent, hand-pump water well, outhouse/bucket-shower, vegetable garden, felled timber, wild chickens and rabbits.

Residences must chop and split wood for heating/cooking/laundry fires.

Food consists of raw vegetables they tend until they cook them, and chicken or rabbit when they can run-down and catch them by hand.

No Television or couches/recliners, ...only talk-radio and wooden benches.

90 days Max and that BMI will be below 25 and qualified for Tax-Payer subsidized health-care.
