Right now they are trying to BS there way to a recovery. The old keep saying the recessions is over and maybe people will believe it. Do it enough and people start spending which does cause the recession to end. Right now though the keep saying it is over but we have not had a single quarter with real growth let alone two.

Kind of hard to get people who are without jobs to spend more.
