Here are a couple of decent satellite shots of Iran's Natanz facility I have had in my files for some time. They were released to the public after other leaks occurred via various entities.
Top one was in 2002, bottom in 2004. There are many things in the photos that indicate that this is a gas-centrifuge facility for uranium enrichment/plutonium separation. There is nothing on the site that could be considered as standard nuclear power generation capable systems. This can only have one purpose, making weapons grade material for nuclear weapons.
Take note of the depth of the earth removal around the center structures and tunnels under construction. Also of note are the vehicles and bulldozers on top the centrifuge halls spreading earth material in an attempt to camouflage the outline. The building to the left of the traffic circle is thought to possibly be a breeder reactor.
After the centrifuge halls were covered, the above ground signature of the underground portion of the facility leaves little hint of the underground structures.
