I don't get the point here.

1. Were these politicians full of **** when they made these remarks- just going along with the flow?

2. Are they full of **** now- having changed there minds- that is they have now found a more politically expedient lie to tell? The 2002 lie isn't working so well anymore?

3. Are they full of **** both then and now- much like there colleagues on the other side- the ones who paid for this little film clip.

Are we supposed to be surprised and disillusioned having at last been show that we can't trust politicians? Does this film some how shake our faith in them??

Personally I vote for #3.

No, they were all right on target, at the time.... A lot of those clips in that video were from the 90's during the UNSCOM charade which Saddam enjoyed so much.

There is so much more to all of this that is still highly classified. Some things that could easily destroy many careers, political parties(both ways), maybe even nations.

True. However I wasn't being specific & dangling a piece of meat here. My statement about things buried in the "Iron Files" being of political, personal, and National Security risk are quite true. I was being very general.

In various circles there are many things known amongst peers who handle intelligence or sensitive information. Those who have some assemblance of honor in their respective oaths keep their mouths closed. Those who have a political angle leak hell out of things they shouldn't. The FEDGOV is full of dishonorable types who do that. I am not one of them.
