These people are ALIVE, and some of them are going to complain about mental distress?
If the accident were due to faulty maintenance or operation of the aircraft, there might be a case to be made for further compensation. But not as it stands.
This crash was a lottery on your lives, folks, and you've already WON! It wasn't a lottery on milking the circumstances.
