After watching tonight's final season premier episode, here's what I think happened;

1) 13th colony (Earth) is really the "original" colony

2) On Earth, the nuclear holocaust was the humans who actually killed the cylons.

3) Then when at the end, Ellen Tigh said "everything was in place, they'd be together again...that meant that...

4) The cylons would be re-born and their revenge is to kill of the humans..

The cylons on earth were killed by a Colonial fleet nuke attack from the 12 colonies led by Kara 'Starbuck' Thrace...

What you saw seems to be Season 4 (final season) Episode 11 which is newly available. I haven't seen it yet.

Season 4, the first 10 episodes, was broadcast in 2008. Season 4 is now continuing in 2009, more or less Season 4 Part 2 if I understand it correctly.

I must be behind in this. I just finnished sort of the middle of season 4 (I think). They just landed on earth and found it destroyed. This is as far as my local Blockbuster has right now.

Is there more to season 4. . . ?
